By accessing and using ResumeAI Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. One-Time Purchase Only

IMPORTANT: All paid services on this platform are one-time purchases. There are NO automatic renewals, hidden charges, or recurring billing of any kind. This policy fully complies with the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA).

3. AI Service Disclaimer

The Service provides resume formatting optimization, text polishing, and compliance reference only. It does NOT constitute legal, immigration, or employment advice. OPT screening results are for reference only and do not guarantee immigration compliance approval.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of PayPal payment for unused credits only. Once any credit has been consumed, no refund will be issued. This policy complies with PayPal merchant refund requirements.

5. Account Rules

Batch registration, reselling of credits, or any abuse of the Service is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in permanent account suspension without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Server maintenance, updates, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service.

7. Intellectual Property

Optimized resume content belongs to the user. The Service's AI technology, algorithms, and platform are the intellectual property of ResumeAI Pro.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
